Fixed length slitting control can be divided into static and dynamic slitting: when the set length arrives, the machine will stop accurately, then the static slitting process will start again after slitting; when the set length arrives, the machine will send the slitting signal without stopping, and the slitting machine will cut dynamically in the process of material movement. 3. The most important performance index of fixed length slitting is slitting accuracy and good consistency of finished product length. 4. The slitting length can be set continuously. If the actual slitting length has error, it is easy to calibrate by setting parameters.
